As a prime example of 1960s luxury, the 1967 Cadillac DeVille convertible showcases the era's iconic look, with a substantial rear profile, restrained tailfins, and a famously plush ride. For 1967, the DeVille underwent major exterior updates, giving it an assertive face with a forward-raked nose, sculpted sheetmetal, and reshaped rear fenders. Trademark cues include the full-width eggcrate grille, paired with stacked headlights on each side, plus revised rear styling with segmented metal taillamps.
This particular DeVille is in very good condition and performs well on the road. The exterior wears an attractive Pinecrest Green finish, matched with a white folding top and a plush green leather cabin. It was ordered with a power-adjustable front seat, Soft Ray glass, automatic climate control, and fender-mounted turn signals. Standard equipment includes power operation for the top and windows, power steering, whitewall tires, rear map lamps, and leather upholstery.
Under the hood sits a strong 429 cubic-inch V8 rated at 340 horsepower, giving it plenty of pull for highway travel or relaxed backroad cruising while preserving the model's characteristic floating ride quality. Originality is backed up by the included factory literature, Protect-O-Plate, spare tire, jack, two sets of keys, and the convertible top boot. Given the low production numbers, surviving examples with this level of period-correctness and provenance are becoming scarce and in high demand.
